Getting started with PackPro is straightforward — our onboarding process is designed to have you live and dispatching within days, not weeks. The first step is a discovery call with your account manager to discuss your product types, order volumes, platforms and packaging requirements. For brands not yet ready to commit, we offer a free fulfilment trial so you can experience the full service with real stock before making any decision.
From there, we configure your integrations, set up your SKUs in our WMS and agree on your packaging specification. Once your stock arrives at our warehouse, it's booked in, counted, labelled where required and made available for order dispatch. From that point, orders placed on any connected platform sync automatically, are picked and packed to spec and dispatched same-day before 2pm. You get real-time WMS access throughout the process.
