Courier integrations include Royal Mail, DPD, DPD Local, Evri, Parcelforce, DHL and Amazon Shipping. OMS integrations include Linnworks, Veeqo, ChannelAdvisor and ShipStation. Accounting integrations include Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and Access Financials. All integrations are included at no extra cost — there are no per-integration fees or monthly platform charges. Setup is typically completed within your onboarding period, so orders start flowing automatically from day one.

How do integrations work with PackPro?

Once you connect your sales channel to PackPro's WMS, orders are transmitted to our warehouse in real time. We pick, pack and dispatch the order, then send tracking information back to your platform and on to the customer automatically.

How long does integration take?

Most platform integrations are live within 24–48 hours. For custom API or EDI integrations, allow 5–10 working days for testing. Our onboarding team handles the setup end-to-end.

Does PackPro support Seller Fulfilled Prime on Amazon?

Yes. Our same-day despatch and tracked carrier services meet Amazon's SFP requirements. We currently support multiple SFP-enrolled sellers. See Amazon fulfilment with PackPro.

Can I connect multiple Shopify stores or Amazon accounts?

Yes. PackPro's WMS supports multiple channel connections simultaneously — you can run several Shopify stores, multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, DE, FR, etc.) and other channels from one inventory pool.

Will stock levels update across all channels when PackPro ships an order?

Yes. When an order is picked and despatched, PackPro's WMS decrements stock and pushes the updated level back to all connected channels — preventing overselling across your entire sales estate.
