PackPro's pick and pack pricing is transparent, competitive and designed to scale with your business. Single-item orders are picked and packed from 90p. Orders with multiple items cost 60p per additional line. Storage is charged at 40p per unit per day, and goods-in is £1.00 per unit received.
There are no account fees, no WMS charges, no minimum monthly volumes and no lock-in contracts. All integrations — whether Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce or any of our 160+ supported platforms — are included at no extra cost. Packaging materials are charged at cost. Every order dispatched through PackPro incurs a per-order pick and pack fee. This fee covers the labour, equipment and systems needed to locate your stock, scan and verify each item, pack it according to your specification and generate the carrier label. It does not include postage, which is charged at carrier cost, or storage, which is billed per pallet per week.
Multi-item orders — orders containing more than one distinct product line — attract a small additional fee per extra item. This covers the additional pick time and checking required. All fees are itemised on your monthly invoice so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

Pick and pack is the process of selecting (picking) the correct items for an order from warehouse shelves and packing them securely ready for dispatch. At PackPro, this includes scanning, checking, packing to your spec and label generation — all covered in the per-order fee.
No. Postage is charged separately based on weight, dimensions and chosen courier service. This keeps your pricing flexible — you're not overpaying for postage on small, light items. We pass through our carrier rates at cost with no markup.
