Fulfilment Pricing

PackPro's fulfilment pricing is transparent, published and consistent — no hidden fees, no setup charges and no minimum volume requirements. Pick and pack is charged at 90p for a single-item order, with 60p per additional item in multi-item orders. Storage is 40p per unit per day. Goods-in is £1.00 per unit received.

These rates cover the full fulfilment operation — barcode-verified picking, professional packing, carrier label generation and dispatch. Platform integrations, WMS access and account management are included at no extra cost. Packaging materials are charged at cost. For brands shipping more than 500 orders per month, custom volume rates are available. All prices exclude VAT. Not ready to commit? Try the service first with our free fulfilment trial — real stock, real orders, no obligation.

PackPro charges per order picked and packed, per unit stored, and for goods received into our warehouse. There are no setup fees, no monthly platform fees and no long-term contracts. The more you ship, the lower your per-order cost.

What Every Tier Includes

Understanding Your Total Fulfilment Cost

Your monthly cost with PackPro is made up of three components: pick and pack charges (per order), storage charges (per unit per day), and goods-in charges (per unit received). Postage is charged at cost — we pass through our volume-negotiated carrier rates with no markup, giving you access to commercial rates without needing to negotiate carrier contracts yourself.

For a worked cost example and guidance on what to look for in 3PL pricing, read our 3PL costs breakdown guide or the pick and pack pricing breakdown. To estimate your specific monthly cost, use the fulfilment cost calculator.

How PackPro Pricing Compares to Amazon FBA

Amazon FBA charges fulfilment fees per unit (typically £2.70–£5.00+ depending on size/weight) plus referral fees (8–15% of sale price) plus monthly storage fees. For a typical 400g product sold at £30, total Amazon deductions through FBA commonly reach £7–10 per unit. PackPro's equivalent — pick and pack plus carrier cost — typically totals £3.50–4.50 per order. If you sell across multiple channels, the cost difference is even more pronounced. Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any setup fees?

No. PackPro does not charge setup fees, onboarding fees or monthly platform fees. You pay for what you use: orders picked and packed, units stored, and goods received into our warehouse.

Is postage included in the pricing?

Postage is charged separately at cost — we pass through our volume-negotiated carrier rates with no markup. In most cases this gives you access to Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and Parcelforce rates lower than you'd pay directly at lower volumes.

Do I need a long-term contract?

No. PackPro operates on rolling monthly terms. There is no minimum commitment period and no exit fees. We earn your continued business through service performance, not contract lock-in.

How does pricing change as my volumes grow?

Your tier is reviewed monthly. As your order count crosses a threshold — from Starter into Growth, for example — your per-order pick rate decreases automatically. You don't need to renegotiate or flag the change yourself.

What's the difference between pick and pack pricing and the storage fee?

The picking fee covers retrieving and packing each order. Storage is charged separately per unit stored per day. Goods-in covers receiving and logging stock into our warehouse on arrival. Your monthly invoice shows each cost component as a separate line item. For a detailed breakdown see the pick and pack pricing page.

Can I get a custom quote for high volumes or specialist requirements?

Yes. For Enterprise accounts (2,000+ orders/month) or brands with specialist requirements — subscription kitting, fragile items, FBA prep, temperature-sensitive storage — we build a custom pricing model. Contact us and we'll respond within 24 hours.
