A Short History About PackPro eCommerce Fulfilment
2015 – Where it all started
We launched our own eCommerce brand, learning first-hand the daily pressures of order fulfilment, customer expectations, and operational headaches.
2017 – Frustrated with Fulfilment
As our business grew, we struggled to find a 3PL that could keep up. Delays, poor communication, and rigid systems pushed us to rethink how fulfilment should work.

2018 – PackPro is founded
We launched PackPro to create the eCommerce Fulfilment Centre we wished we’d had — one built around speed, flexibility, and seller-first thinking.
2019 – First warehouse, first clients
We opened our first dedicated facility and started supporting other growing brands, bringing in key platform integrations and real-time order tracking
2023 – Carbon neutral and scaling fast
We reached a major milestone: full carbon neutrality. Alongside solar energy, LED lighting, and packaging reuse, we continued to grow our capacity and services.
Today – 3PL for eCommerce
PackPro supports ambitious eCommerce brands across the UK with fast, flexible, and sustainable warehousing. We’re still growing — but our mission hasn’t changed.
