How 3PL Fulfilment Works

As a 3PL (third-party logistics) fulfilment provider, we handle everything after the sale — storing your stock, picking and packing orders, and shipping them to your customers. Instead of managing your own warehouse, staff, and dispatch process, you outsource it all to us. We integrate directly with your eCommerce platforms, so orders flow straight to our system for fast, accurate fulfilment.

We integrate with major platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce and more to our Warehouse Management System. Once connected, every order from your store is automatically sent to our warehouse team. There’s no need to send files or enter anything manually — it’s all handled in real time.

Once we receive your inventory, we check it in, assign it to storage locations, and update your stock levels in the system. From there, it’s ready for fast dispatch. Our team picks, packs, and ships your orders as they come in, using the couriers of your choice — whether that’s Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or your preferred service.

As soon as an order is shipped, tracking details are uploaded to your store and sent to your customer automatically. You’ll also see real-time updates in your dashboard, so you always know what’s gone out, where it’s going, and which courier handled it.
