At PackPro, we support growing eCommerce brands with flexible 3PL warehousing solutions that take the pressure off daily operations. Our team manages your stock, picks and packs each order accurately, and ships using reliable couriers. We use plain poly bags as standard, or we can work with your own branded materials if provided. With fast turnaround times and full order visibility, we make it easier for you to focus on scaling your brand while we handle the logistics.
We don’t include branded packaging by default, but if you send us your own boxes, mailers, or inserts, we’ll store and use them as part of your packing process. Otherwise, we pack all orders in plain, protective poly bags at no extra cost. It’s simple, cost-effective, and gets orders out quickly — but we’re happy to make it feel more “on brand” with your own materials if you prefer.
We offer fast turnaround on all B2C orders, with most going out the same or next working day once stock is in place and orders are flowing. Our cut-off time is typically midday — orders received before then are usually packed and dispatched that day. If you have different needs (like weekend shipping or daily cut-offs), we’re happy to talk through what’s possible.
Our in-house WMS supports integrations with major platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and others. If you’re using something else, let us know — we can often connect via API or help you find a simple way to send orders across. Most of our clients either use a direct integration or upload order files manually — whatever works best for your setup.
Yes. We can receive, inspect, and log returns on your behalf. You can choose whether returned items should be restocked, set aside, or disposed of depending on their condition. We can also provide you with return data and help you manage your return process more easily, without getting overwhelmed by parcels coming back.
We work with a wide range of B2C brands — including clothing, accessories, supplements, personal care, homeware, and more. If your products are small to medium-sized and can be stored safely and shipped via parcel carriers, there’s a good chance we can handle them. We don’t currently fulfil chilled, frozen, or hazardous goods.
That’s exactly why people come to us. Our setup is built to flex — we’re not stuck in rigid contracts or fixed volumes. If you take on a new retail customer or experience a seasonal spike, we’ll adjust the space, staffing, and shipping capacity accordingly. You won’t be penalised for growing.
