Batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded at goods-in for every supplement delivery received at our warehouse. SKU-level and batch-level inventory visibility is maintained in real time. Batch-level traceability covers every unit from receipt through to customer dispatch. Near-expiry reporting per SKU fires before stock approaches best-before date, and affected batches can be isolated and quarantined if a quality issue arises.
FIFO (first in, first out) stock rotation is applied automatically at pick for all supplement SKUs — the oldest batch dispatches first, every time, without any manual intervention. Our WMS enforces rotation at the pick level, not just on paper. Near-expiry alerts are raised per SKU and per batch before stock reaches the configured threshold — typically 60 or 90 days before best-before — giving you time to run a promotion or adjust reorder quantities before the stock becomes write-off waste.
PackPro integrates with Recharge, Bold Subscriptions and Shopify Subscriptions so that recurring order cycles trigger dispatch automatically in our WMS on billing day. Subscription boxes, monthly replenishment orders and recurring bundle SKUs are all supported. Stock alerts fire before recurring orders are due — so if a subscription SKU is running low, your account manager flags it before the dispatch cycle would fail. PackPro does not apply supplement category surcharges. Pricing is based on standard fulfilment activity: pick and pack from 90p per order (starter tier, 0–250 orders per month), storage from 40p per unit per day, and goods-in from £1.00 per unit received.
