A full-service 3PL like PackPro includes receiving your stock, storing it in our warehouse, picking and packing orders as they come in, and dispatching them via your chosen couriers. It also includes returns management, stock reporting and integration with your sales channels.
Most clients are set up and live within 5–10 working days. That includes integrating your sales channels, configuring your packing spec, and booking in your first inbound shipment. Our onboarding team guides you through every step.
Yes. Most clients use several services simultaneously — for example, handling B2C Shopify orders, Amazon FBM orders and B2B wholesale orders all from the same warehouse. PackPro routes each order type to the correct workflow automatically.
Yes. PackPro can supply branded or plain packaging, poly mailers, cardboard boxes and protective filling. You can also send your own branded packaging for us to use. Packing materials are charged at cost.
We work with Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and Parcelforce as our core UK carriers. For international shipments we use DHL, FedEx and UPS. We select the right carrier based on your item dimensions, weight, destination and delivery speed requirements. See courier integrations.
